As a life coach, I am offering you a helping hand, patient ear, compassionate heart and a toolbox full of fresh & practical ideas, in response to your aspiration to thrive and create Peaceful Happiness in your life.

Together we will discover your next steps.

I offer customized life coaching programs, depending your individual needs:
  • Sprout
    • A short term (6 weeks) plan, targeting a specific need (e.g. building a morning routine)
    • We meet once a week for scheduled one-hour sessions
  •  Bloom
    • A half year plan for moving from old and starting something new (e.g. starting a new job)
    • We meet: once a week for 6 weeks in a row, then 3 times every other week, and 3 times once a month (total 12 sessions). 
  •  Fruit
    • A long term plan (12-18 months) to holistically approach your life and create your Peaceful Happiness (e.g. finding and pursuing your life purpose)
    • We meet: once a week for 4 weeks in a row, and then once a month until you are ready to move on
Life coaching sessions are available virtually (via Zoom or phone) and in-person.
